The rooms here have been recently updated and are pet-friendly, the staff is attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food.

for one night, for example, passing through, it's ok. clean and absolutely friendly staff. top is the ihop located directly at the hotel with 24/7 operation!

the dirty, sticky, carpet. the malfunctioning toilet! I was told by the clerk there would be coffee until 9:am. when we checked out at 8:am there was no coffee nor had there been any! just an old dusty coffee pot on an empty table!

The room was immaculately clean and quiet, and the king size bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to everything including Rapids Water Park, just 3 miles away. I wouldn't mind spending the whole day in that cozy room.

The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a great area, right by cruise terminal and the adjoining iHop restaurant which had OK service and food and the Days Inn West Palm Beach-Airport.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi didn't work.

The room was super affordable and exactly what we needed. The beds were incredibly comfy and it was surprisingly peaceful despite the nearby highway. The location was convenient for all our activities, and the free Wi-Fi and parking were a huge plus. a great stay!

Later in trip booked a much nicer hotel for not much more when you added in included meals. On site restaurant not particularly nice.

the wifi did not work in the rooms and if you wanted to use it you had to go down to the lobby or in IHOP to use it. The service in IHOP there was only 1 girl who was a good waitress because she checked how my meal was and she refilled my drink without me asking for a refill the other 2 girls I had did not do that

The location... We were going on a cruise and it was a convenient location to The port.

That hotel needs to be remodeled. My husband and I felt really yucky the whole night. My husband slept in his clothes. The carpet was nasty! We were nervous about using the rags. The staff didn't have any personality at all. I will never stay here again, I expected better paying $80 a night. I've stayed at 3/4 stars at this rate. So my expectations were high.
